Spryson Technologies is a global leader in neuro-functional monitoring and eye-tracking technology. We are making sophisticated eye-tracking equipment and brain health detection technology a viable option for a greater number of organizations and institutions. Our FDA-cleared devices have had more than 200 installations and are backed by over 30 years of research, experience, and development.

Rob Adelson

Chief Executive Officer, Founder

Rob is a senior executive with more than 25 years of business leadership, business growth, innovation, IP development and operational experience across several industries. Rob strives to build technology-enabled businesses that have potential to disrupt markets and improve lives, and he is passionate about developing solutions for the early diagnosis of neurological disorders. Prior to founding Spryson, Rob was the CEO and Founder of Quietly Making Things (QMT), a digital health consultancy specializing in advanced IoT-based health platforms. Before QMT, Rob was the CEO and Founder of Resolve Digital Health where he harnessed advanced technology to enhance patient care and outcomes in the cannabis sector. Rob builds businesses through an inspired vision, expert leadership and results-oriented execution. He received an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Prateek Dwivedi

Chief Operating Officer, Founder

Prateek, also known as “Teek,” is the Chief Operating Officer of Spryson Technologies. He has more than 25 years of technology and healthcare leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and applying new technologies to solve important healthcare challenges. Teek has expertise in building next-generation health and research informatics platforms, as well as industry knowledge in telecommunications, sports, and entertainment. Teek earned his BASc and MASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Claudia Dovali, M.D.

Chief Scientific Officer, Founder

Claudia is senior pharmaceutical executive with more than 25 years of experience at leading pharmaceutical firms. Claudia has worked on all aspects of pharmaceutical development from research to clinical trials to commercial and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Spryson, Claudia was the Chief Medical Officer at Lilly Latin America. Prior to Lilly, she spent nearly a decade at Novartis, culminating in her appointment as the Latin American and Canada Medical Affairs Neuroscience and IHD Regional Head. Prior to Novartis, Claudia spent ten years at GSK. Claudia received her medical degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and received an MBA from Henley Business School.

Alex Kiderman, Ph.D.

VP, Technology Development

Alex is the Vice President of Technology Development at Spryson. Alex has more than 30 years of experience in engineering, medical diagnostics, and industrial manufacturing. He comes from Neuro Kinetics where he, as the Chief Technology Officer, led the numerous concussion and vestibular research initiatives resulting in 26 US-issued patents. Alex earned his engineering doctorate at the Academy of Science in Moscow and has been published in more than 20 peer-reviewed publications.

Hans Krueger

VP, Corporate Development

Hans is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of expertise in business strategy and expansion, financial management and organizational development. Hans is the Founder and CEO of Futuredraft, a digital design firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with high profile clients that have included Google, Facebook, Change Healthcare, Charles Schwab and GE. He is a co-founder and former CEO of MetaDesign, one of the foremost brand strategy and design firms globally. Most recently, he has served as CFO of NOW Partners, a global consulting firm. Hans received an MBA from Texas Christian University.

Collaborations

Spryson has collaborated with leading clients to diagnose, treat, and monitor patients, healthy individuals, and elite athletes globally. Spryson supplies neurofunctional diagnostic and assessment tools to neurologists, audiologists, physical therapists, chiropractors, researchers, ENTs, neurotologists, and neuro-ophthalmologists around the world.
